CAMP FEES 2025​​
Rates from May 12 to July 13, 2025

Enroll and make your payment before or on July 13th, 2025

1 adult, no children over 3 years old $200
1 child (3 years old or older) + 1 adult $270
2 adults (no children over 3 years old) $290
1 child + 2 adults $360
2 children + 1 adults $340
2 children + 2 adults $430
3 children + 1 adults $410
3 children + 2 adults $500

Any additional children or adult +$80/person
Add $70, if you want to have a RV-spot (2 nights)
Add $160, if you want to have cabin
Add $320, if you want to have family cabin

Last day to enroll is July 13th, 2025.

Participation fee includes: meals, a tent spot, and the educational program.

Payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.

RV spots have an electric hookup, and water, but no sewage or dump.

Campsites are on a grass lawn, and some tent spots are covered by beautiful grape vines.

Cabins have a queen bed or two full beds, small bathroom (toilet and sink), fridge, microwave and AC. Please bring your own sheets, pillows and blanket/sleeping bags

Family cabin has two queen beds, small bathroom(toilet and sink), fridge, microwave, AC. Please bring your own sheets, pillows and blanket/sleeping bags

​Cabins are available on a first come, first served basis, and reservations are required to secure a spot. Family cabin will be considered first for bigger families (3 or more children).

Cabins are booked during registration. Payment of the cabin can be made after receiving a confirmation email.

Edgewater Inn hotel is walking distance from Hauli Huvila Campground.

Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.
If there aren't enough enrollments, the camp may be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
