How to enroll?

2. Pay the enrollment fees

Use the buttons below to first fill out the enrollment and then pay. Registration is complete when both steps are done.

We will send you a confirmation email about your registration!
Your enrollment is final once you have paid the camp fee.

If you are interested in cabin lodging, please fill out the enrollment form before May 24th, 2024. There is a limited amount of cabin spots. If we have more interest, the spots will be allocated through a lottery system. Winners will be notified and required to make payments by May 31st 2024 to confirm their reservation.

The early bird discount is for enrollments and payments made on or before Monday June 10th, 2024. After that, the full payment is charged.

The last day to enroll is July 24th, 2024.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.

If you register and pay for a cabin, but do not get one assigned, we will refund the difference between the Cabin price and standard campsite registration.
If there aren't enough enrollments, the camp may be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
